Terms of Service

By playing Office Games you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your account details to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

Drawings, guesses, custom word lists and chat messages are yours. By posting them in a room you let us show them to the other players in that room, include them in results and recap images, and keep them long enough for reconnections and match history to work. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

Do not harass other players, draw or write sexual, hateful or violent content, cheat, share other people's personal information, or try to break, overload or reverse engineer the games. Hosts and other players can remove someone from a room, and we can suspend accounts that break these rules. See the Community Guidelines for detail.

Free accounts can host 3 completed games per day and up to 3 rounds per game. Joining games is always unlimited. Premium removes the hosting limit. Public lobbies that have not started a game within five minutes are closed automatically.

Gems, cosmetics, experience and season rewards are in-game items with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and they may be adjusted if they were awarded by mistake or gained unfairly. Seasons end on their published dates; unclaimed season rewards do not carry over.

Premium, the Party Pass and tier bundles are currently simulated placeholders. Nothing is charged, and no card details are collected. Rewards still unlock so the experience can be tested. When real payments start, prices, renewals, trials and refunds will be set out here before anyone is charged.

The games are provided as they are, without guarantees of uptime. We may add, change or remove games, settings and features — including games marked "coming soon" — and we may update these terms. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other players at risk.
